The UFC will be headed back to Singapore for a fight night for the 12th time in the promotion’s history. To please fans in Southeast Asia, the UFC will be pairing up a two-time former Featherweight title challenger, The Korean Zombie, against Max Holloway. The Korean Zombie is returning to the octagon after more than a year off after taking a beating at the hands of champion Alexander Volkanovski.
Holloway is a former Featherweight champion who is coming off an upset win over Arnold Allen, who was a highly-regarded prospect. Both men are known as elite strikers and should provide an entertaining matchup as the main event of this fight night. Holloway is especially known for his durability and ability to put pressure on his opponents with his slick boxing.
There are also several other highly-regarded fighters on the main card. The battle between Erin Blanchfield and Talia Santos at women’s flyweight may be a title eliminator. Blanchfield has now won eight straight fights and put her name on the map by beating former champion Jessica Andrade earlier this year. Santos fought for a title in Singapore at UFC 275 in June of 2022 but lost a split decision to Valentina Shevchenko.
